Our Favorite Children's Boutique

A couple of weeks ago, I came to the realization that it was time to say goodbye to summer, and all of Elle's sweet bloomer sets, and sandals, and flowy smocked dresses... and time for fall. So it was perfect timing when I received an e-mail from Brother and Sissy Children's Boutique with a great coupon code, just for being a loyal customer & subscribing to their email list {I highly recommend everyone does this, as we've gotten many great promos just for being on an email list}.

I quickly jumped on the site, and spent the next hour.. or two (ha!) browsing and choosing all the adorable fall outfits I envisioned Elle wearing. What I love about Brother and Sissy's is that they not only carry A TON of brands that we love, such as The Proper Peony, James and Lottie, and Little English, but they usually have the size I need as well. There is nothing sadder than finding the cutest little dress, and the only size left is 9 months!

So I shopped away, and my order actually shipped out the same day, and came to us 3 business days later. This sweet boutique is in Georgia, and we are in Massachusetts, so 3 day turnaround is GREAT in my books! I had to email the owner with a question, and she responded right away. Great customer service is key.

Then I got excited and planned out a couple of outfits on my new app called Stylebook (it's $3.99 in the App Store).

I styled this darling Little English outfit around the crochet cherry sweater by pairing it with red cord bloomers, and a pima cotton knit blouse with red pipping. Any patent red shoes would work, our favorite brand is Elephantito. And we get most of our little socks on Amazon, including the adorable pom pom ones Elle is wearing. A sweet little cherry hair tie would be so cute too!

I'm so glad I styled this outfit ahead of time, because when I had to quickly pack on Friday for an impromptu weekend in Boston with my parents, I knew exactly what to grab.

We visited the Arnold Arboretum, and caught a peek of early fall foliage. And I think this outfit was the cherry on top ; )
