I'm a momma to my 3 year old vivacious + spirited daughter Elle, and my rescue fur baby Bear. Before I became a momma, I married my hubby, Charlie {my summer fling} who I met on Martha's Vineyard 13 years ago.

​

The oh-so-popular summertime destination of Cape Cod is our year round home.  I love the tranquility and diversity of this seaside community. Outings to the beach to dig our toes in the sand or to catch the magic of the golden hour are a part of life. Discovering new spots on the Cape {whether it's a charming hotel, a yummy restaurant, an ice cream shop, a gorgeous boardwalk} makes me feel like I've traveled to a whole new place and I hope to share all these special spots on my blog with my readers.

Besides my deep love for my family and Cape Cod, photography brings me great joy. This love began when I was a little girl, developing film with my dad in our bathtub. Then when my own daughter was born, I didn't want to miss a moment, and I began capturing the small and the big events in our everyday life. These days, I'm still snapping away photos of my family, but also of other families. There is nothing like a beach photo session, where everyone is just enjoying their time, and I get to capture their memories.

I can't leave this bio without mentioning that I have a weakness for shopping. I've always been obsessed with new styles, and fashion {for me}. But the whole shopping obsession took on a whole new meaning when I discovered the world of classic children's clothes. I absolutely adore dressing my little girl, and I share a lot of my fashion finds {for mommy and mini} on this blog. It's always fun to work with small brands and boutiques, but a good fashion find on Amazon or J.Crew is also my jam!

Oh and one last thing. One of my favorite quotes is "the world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page". My inclination for travel was instilled from an early age by my parents. They always had a deep desire to see the world, and so did I, and still do. I hope to instill the love of travel in my daughter too, and cannot wait to show her the beauty of all the different places and cultures. Give me a plane ticket to anywhere, and I'm your girl.
